Straight after breakfast at your hotel we will start our tour from Trinity College front gate. Ireland's first university, founded in 1592 by Queen Elizabeth I, tops my list of the ten most recommended sights of Dublin from every perspective. The magnificent campanile must be one of the most-photographed buildings in Dublin. And the Old Library is home to one of the most famous books on earth, the splendid "Book of Kells".
Then we visit Old Parliament House, walk through Temple Bar- Bar is reputed to be Dublin's "bohemian quarter" - it certainly is full of entertainment, art and culinary action. It is generally regarded to be on the list of top attractions of Dublin and visited by everybody. We will discover Dublin City Hall and Dublin Castle, since its foundation in 1204 Dublin Castle has been at the heart of the history and evolution of the city.  Today, spanning an area of over 44,000 square meters (11 acres), the site contains 2 museums, 2 cafés, an international conference centre, 2 gardens, Government Buildings and the State Apartments which are the most important state rooms in the country.
The grounds of the site are free to explore, as is the Chapel Royal, the Chester Beatty Library, the Garda Museum and the Revenue Museum. Today, this prestigious city centre site is host to state-of-the-art conference and dining facilities.
We will walk through Wood Quay till Christ Church Cathedral (founded c.1028) is the spiritual heart of the city, and one of the top visitor attractions in Dublin. Step inside and you can enjoy the cathedral’s beautiful interior and fascinating medieval crypt.
We would stop for a delicious Irish lunch with pint of beer at local pub-restaurant.
Then we visit THE OLD JAMESON DISTILLERY
Located in the heart of Dublin, a visit to the Old Jameson Distillery is so much more than just a tour, it is an exciting and engaging experience, guaranteed to enlighten and entertain any visitor.
Re-live the story of John Jameson & Son through the history, the atmosphere and above all the taste. Straight after breakfast at your hotel we will move to Glendalough is the scene for the Braveheart wedding scenes. It really is one of the most beautiful visitor sights in all of Ireland. It's renowned for its magnificent scenery and is full of a rich and varied heritage in terms of history and archaeology. You will have time to explore the deep valley with its ruined monastic city and even take the easy walk through the woods to the magnificent Upper Lake, be sure to bring your camera! A real 'Kodak moment'!  If you're a fan of the Hollywood Blockbusters 'PS, I Love You' and 'Braveheart' then you will now officially be on the set! You'll totally understand why Mel Gibson (an Irish passport holder!) chose the Wicklow Mountains to be the Highlands of Scotland and Glendalough to be the spot for the wedding scene. And then of course there are all the romantic scenes from 'PS I Love You', this is where Hilary Swank met Gerard Butler for the first time. How romantic!
Then we discover the Brownshill Dolmen is a portal tomb dating from c.3300 – 2900 B.C. These are the ancient burial chambers of our royal ancestors. In our myths and legends these are known as Druids' Altars. It has a very large granite capstone measuring 4.7 metres x 6.1 metres x 2 metres. The capstone rests on two portal stones, a door stone, and a prostrate slab. The dolmen or cromlech is a type of pagan sepulchral monument. The capstone is the largest to be found in Europe. It has been calculated to weigh over 100 tons.
At lunchtime we arrive in Kilkenny city. We will stop for a lunch to enjoy real country Irish meal.

At Kilkenny roam the picturesque, windy, and cobblestoned streets. Check out the gardens of Kilkenny Castle or consider going inside and taking a tour of its palatial interior for a small optional fee. You have time to wander and find the Black Abbey or possibly go down to see the Cathedral of Saint Canice. You'll have free time in Kilkenny - plenty of time to have a gourmet lunch, check out the Kilkenny Design Centre, and a find a nice cosy pub and have a pint of Kilkenny in Kilkenny.
Transfer back to the hotel, group diner this night.
